Our Process

Whatever it is, we constantly adapt ourselves to provide the solutions our clients need. Our ever-growing team of sales consultants and in-house designers is always ready to assist with any project, offering professional construction service and renovation service to meet your requirements.

1Initial Consultation

During the first consultation our qualified designers will assess the property, review and consult on house plans and discuss your project requirement in detail. By talking with you we will establish your individual requirement for the space, option, your must have and your wish list.

2Client Agreement

During the second consultation we will present you with a design proposal and price quotation which one agreed will start over with construction job.

3Final Approval

A detailed quotation and scope of works for the project are then issued. To start the renovation and construction works we require client approval and sign off for all quotations and specifications as well as a progressive payment of 45% depending on the total project cost. At this stage we will also discuss a proposed timeline for construction and to co-ordinate the project from start to finish.
